Tucked in an irregular area south and east of 164th and Blondo Street is Bent Creek, a popular family neighborhood of two story and ranch homes priced in the low to mid $200,000’s.  Most homes in the development were constructed in the early 1990’s and now display mature landscaping.  Entrances to the community and other public spaces are beautifully planted and maintained by the Landscaping Committee of the Bent Creek Homeowner’s Association.

Several highly rated Millard elementary schools are in close proximity to the area as are a Millard middle school and high school.  Bent Creek is home to an eleven acre park with a playground and picnic area, and a bike and hiking trail runs along the western edge of the community.   Several swimming pools and public and private golf clubs are a short drive away as are baseball and soccer fields. 

Village Pointe (a large shopping center with numerous specialty shops, clothing stores, restaurants, bars and a multiplex movie theater) is near-by and smaller strip centers with grocery stores are only a short distance from Bent Creek.  With easy access to the West Dodge Expressway, offices, a medical center, and other places of employment are close at hand.
